How long will a candle burn?

A 200 g jar burns for about 45 hours, an 80 g tin for 18, a pillar for about 60. Trim the wick to 5 mm each time and burn for 2–3 hours at a stretch.

Will candles melt in shipping?

Soy wax softens above 45 °C. In April and May we ship in insulated packs and avoid weekend transit; if a candle arrives damaged, send a photo and we replace it.

Can I bring children to the workshop?

The Saturday class is for ages 14 and up because of the hot wax. For younger children, book a private session and we use a cooler-pour method.

Do you make wedding and corporate gifts?

Yes. From 25 pieces we can pour a custom scent, print your names on labels and pack in boxes. Allow three weeks; prices start at ₹450 a piece.

Can I visit the studio?

Yes, Tuesday to Sunday from 11 am to 7 pm. You can smell every scent, see the pouring table and buy from the shelf. Parking is on Badem Church Road.

How do I pay?

UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.

How do I track my order?

You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Is my data safe?

We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
