Consultation, daily therapies, meals and follow-ups: the ₹24,000 programme broken down, with what is extra.

Our seven-day rejuvenation programme costs ₹24,000. Guests often ask what that covers and what might be added. Here is the plain breakdown, so you can plan your budget before you come to Thiruvananthapuram.
The programme begins with a 40-minute consultation with one of our two doctors, included in the price. She asks about your routine, sleep, appetite and any medicines you take, and plans your seven days. A short check-in with the doctor follows every second morning, and a final consultation on the last day gives you a written routine for home.
Each day includes one or two therapies of 60 to 90 minutes in all, chosen by the doctor. A common plan starts with abhyangam for two or three days, followed by elakizhi or shirodhara. Medicated oils, herbal powders for the bath, towels and disposable garments are included. So is a simple lunch after the morning therapy, cooked in our kitchen to the diet the doctor sets.
What is extra? Medicines to take home, if the doctor advises them, are billed separately at our pharmacy price, usually between ₹800 and ₹2,500 for a month. Accommodation is not part of the programme; most guests stay at a guesthouse within a kilometre of Vazhuthacaud. Fees are written down after the first consultation, and we ask for 30% when you book the dates, with the balance on the first day. If the doctor decides that a programme does not suit you, you pay only for the consultation.
