What is a lab-grown diamond?
A diamond made in a laboratory rather than mined. It is chemically and optically the same as a natural diamond and costs much less. We label it on every tag and invoice.
Can I inspect a stone first?
Yes. Every stone is shown under a loupe, with its weight, colour and clarity written on our own sheet. Smaller stones are listed the same way.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Exchange any Tapti diamond for its current value against a larger stone, paying only the difference.
How long does a ring take?
Stock rings ship in 3 days. Rings made to your size take 10 days; custom designs take 3–4 weeks.
Can I see stones on a video call?
Yes. Book a 30-minute call and we show you stones under daylight lamps and a loupe camera.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.
How do I track my order?
You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
