A dental clinic that explains first and treats second.
Dr Aditi Kulkarni opened Smitrekha in 2011 with one chair on Karve Road. Today four dentists with master’s degrees share four surgeries, a digital X-ray room and a sterilisation room you can look into.
Check-ups, cleaning, root canals, crowns and aligners by four specialist dentists, with your X-ray on screen and a written estimate first. Book a check-up and scaling together on a weekday evening. Takes about an hour, and you leave with a plan, not a sales talk.

Explain first
Every plan is shown on the screen and given in writing, with the reasons and the fees, before any treatment.
Only what you need
If a tooth can be watched rather than treated, we will tell you and check it again in six months.
