How does the 100-night trial work?
Sleep on the mattress for at least 21 nights. If it is not right before night 100, we collect it free and refund you in full, or swap it for another firmness.
Can you make a mattress for an unusual bed size?
Yes. Every mattress is made to order. Measure the inside of the bed frame in centimetres and we cut to that size, at no extra charge.
Does natural latex smell?
Fresh latex has a faint vanilla smell for the first week or two, which fades. Airing the room helps.
Do you take away my old mattress?
Yes, free in Kerala when we deliver a new one. Coir and cotton are recycled; foam goes to an authorised recycler.
How often should I turn the mattress?
Rotate head to foot every three months. Coir mattresses can also be flipped; latex mattresses with one comfort side should not be.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.
How do I track my order?
You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
