What happens at our free 10 am demo class, what to bring and the questions parents usually ask afterwards.

Every Sunday at 10 am, we run a free demo class for students and parents who are thinking of joining. It is the best way to judge whether our centre suits your child, and there is no obligation to join afterwards. Here is how the morning goes.
Arrive by 9.45 am at our MG Road centre in Labbipet. You do not need to book, though a message the day before helps us arrange enough seats. Students should bring a notebook and pen; nothing else is needed. Parents can sit at the back of the class or in the waiting area, and most choose to watch.
The class runs for about 75 minutes. One of our regular teachers takes a normal lesson on a topic suited to the students attending, usually a chapter from early Class 11 physics, chemistry, maths or biology. Students are encouraged to ask questions, and the teacher will often ask them to solve a problem on the board. It is a real class, not a presentation, so you see how the teacher explains and how students are treated when they get something wrong.
Afterwards, students can sit a 30-minute placement test, and parents meet Ramakrishna or another senior teacher. Ask anything: batch timings, how doubts are handled, how parents are informed, what happens if a student falls behind. You will get the fee structure and the batch calendar in writing. Many families attend twice before deciding, and that is welcome.

Plan the week around tests and weak topics, not just hours.
