How do I order prescription medicines?
Upload a clear photo of a valid prescription. A pharmacist calls you to confirm the medicines and price before we pack anything.
Do you deliver at night?
Orders placed before 9 pm are delivered by 11 pm in south Kolkata. After that, next morning from 8 am.
Can I return medicines?
Medicines cannot be returned once delivered, for safety reasons. Unopened devices can be returned within 7 days.
Do you stock insulin?
Yes. Insulin and other cold-chain items are stored in a monitored fridge and delivered in an insulated box.
Is there a delivery charge?
Free above ₹499. Below that, ₹40 in south Kolkata.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.
How do I track my order?
You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
