How a wedding film quote is put together

We do not list prices on our site, because every wedding is different. A two-day wedding at a single hotel and a four-day wedding across three venues need very different crews. But couples deserve to understand how a quote is built, so here is how we work it out.

The largest factor is days and events. Each event, the haldi, mehendi, sangeet, wedding and reception, needs a crew for a number of hours. A typical three-day wedding has five or six events. Our base crew for a full wedding day is a lead photographer, a second photographer and two filmmakers. For 2026–27, a three-day film and photography package with that crew usually falls between ₹4,50,000 and ₹6,50,000.

Add-ons follow. The documentary edit adds ₹60,000 to ₹80,000. Aerial coverage adds around ₹40,000, including permissions where they are granted. A pre-wedding shoot is ₹75,000 to ₹1,10,000 depending on locations, and an heirloom album starts around ₹45,000, with parents’ copies extra.

Travel and stay outside Udaipur are added at cost and shown separately, along with any venue fees for crew access. GST is added to the total. What stays fixed in every quote is the team. The lead who meets you on the video call is the person who shoots your wedding, and the same editor works on your film from beginning to end. We take a 30% advance to hold the date.
