Packing, ice gel, transit times and what to do the moment the box reaches you, for first-time online customers.

More than half our orders now leave Coimbatore by courier, to children studying in Bengaluru, to grandparents in Chennai and to families across India. If you are ordering online for the first time, here is what to expect.
Orders placed by noon are made, packed and handed to the courier the same day. Ghee sweets like Mysore pak, laddoo and kaju katli are packed in sealed food-grade trays inside a printed carton, with a layer of corrugated board on every side. Milk sweets go only to metro cities, in an insulated box with two ice gel packs, and they travel by express service only.
Delivery takes one day to most of Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Bengaluru, and two to three days to other metro cities. You will get a tracking link by SMS once the box leaves. Courier charges are shown before you pay and depend on weight and distance; a 1 kg box to Chennai costs about ₹110 to send.
When the box arrives, open it the same day. Ghee sweets can go into a closed tin at room temperature, away from sunlight. Milk sweets go straight into the fridge. The made-on date and the best-before date are printed on every box. If anything arrives crushed or leaking, take a photo before you throw the packing away and send it to us within a day; we resend or refund. In April and May, when transit vans get very hot, we suggest ordering only ghee sweets and keeping milk sweets for the cooler months.
