A 2.5-hour walk through our tea and cardamom with Rajan, who has worked on the estate for 26 years. You see plucking, pruning and the shade trees, and stop at a stream. Leaves at 7 am, after tea. Wear shoes with grip; leeches are common in the monsoon.
