How a custom hamper works, from your first message to the photo we send before we seal the box.

You do not have to choose from our ready hampers. Anyone can ask us to build one from ₹1,000, and here is how it usually goes.
Start with a WhatsApp message or a visit to 8th Main. Tell us three things: the budget, who it is for, and a few things they like or cannot eat. For example, ₹1,800 for a retired aunt who loves filter coffee, keeps a puja room and is diabetic. That last detail matters; we will leave out sweets and add roasted nuts and a sugar-free chikki instead.
Within a few hours, Divya replies with two or three suggestions, each with the items and their prices. A typical ₹1,000 box might hold a 250 g box of laddoo, 200 g of roasted cashews, a small brass diya and a handwritten note. At ₹2,500 you could add a cotton towel, a tin of pistachios and a larger brass piece. Once you pick one, you pay by UPI.
Before we seal the box we send you a photo of everything laid out inside, so you can ask for changes. Then the note is written, the ribbon tied and the hamper sent. In Bengaluru, orders confirmed before 1 pm are delivered the same evening; elsewhere, in two to four days. We keep your preferences on file, so the next order takes one line.
