A large oil of the canal that once divided Puducherry’s two towns, painted during the 2025 monsoon from the bridge near the old lighthouse. Grey water, ochre walls and a single cyclist under an umbrella. Stretched on a teak frame, unvarnished edges, ready to hang. Ships in a wooden crate.

Fishing boats at Vaithikuppam
Selvam paints the fishing village north of the town where he grew up: blue and red catamarans pulled up on the sand at dusk. Thick acrylic, built up with a knife in places. Sold unframed; we suggest our teak floater frame, which adds two weeks and ₹5,200.
