Is your pottery safe for food and the microwave?
Yes. Everything is stoneware fired to 1,260°C with lead-free glazes. It is safe in the microwave and dishwasher, but not on a direct flame.
Why does my piece look slightly different from the photo?
Every piece is thrown and glazed by hand, and glazes react differently in each firing. Expect small variations in size and colour.
What if something arrives broken?
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it free, or refund you if the piece is sold out.
Do you take custom or wholesale orders?
Yes, for cafés, restaurants and gifting, from 24 pieces. Allow six to eight weeks.
How do the wheel classes work?
Saturday and Sunday mornings, 9 am to 12 noon, ₹3,200 per person. We fire your two best pieces and ship them to you in three weeks.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.
How do I track my order?
You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
