Your first order from us, from estimate to doorstep
How ordering works, what the estimate shows, when to pay and what arrives at your door.
If this is your first year ordering from Hasiru Belaku, here is what happens between adding boxes and opening the carton at home.
You add boxes on the website or pick an apartment set, then send the list. Within a few hours, between 10 am and 8 pm, we send an estimate on WhatsApp. It lists each item, the quantity, the price after discount, the ₹300 transport charge within Bengaluru and the total. If anything is out of stock, we suggest the nearest item and mark it clearly, so you can say yes or no.
Once you confirm, pay by UPI and send us the screenshot. Your order is packed by hand at our Sivakasi godown in a kraft carton with paper and dry-grass fill, and goes by road transport. Delivery to your Bengaluru door takes five to seven days. Orders close on 8 October so that transport reaches everyone in time for Deepavali.
When the carton arrives, check the outer box before signing. If it is wet, crushed or torn, take photos before you open it and send them within 24 hours. Then open it, count the boxes against your estimate, and store everything back in the carton in a dry cupboard. Customers outside Bengaluru collect from their town’s transport office; we send the lorry receipt on WhatsApp so you can track it.
