Are all your crackers green crackers?
Yes. We list only green, reduced-emission formulations; each box names the maker and batch.
Do you deliver outside Bengaluru?
We deliver to your door in Bengaluru. Elsewhere in Karnataka you collect from the transport office in your town; we send the lorry receipt on WhatsApp.
What are the minimum order and transport charges?
The minimum order is ₹3,000 after discount. Transport within Bengaluru is ₹300 per order; other towns are quoted in your estimate.
When do Deepavali orders close?
On 8 October, so the transport reaches you in time. Karthigai Deepam and New Year orders open in November.
How long do crackers keep, and what about damage?
Kept dry in their carton, use them within a year. If a box arrives damaged, send photos of the unopened box within 24 hours and we replace or refund it.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.
How do I track my order?
You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
