How long does an eye test take?

About two hours if your eyes are dilated. Bring someone to drive you home, as your vision stays blurred for a few hours.

When should cataract surgery be done?

When blurred vision starts to affect daily life, such as reading or driving at night. Your ophthalmologist will discuss timing with you after an examination.

Is cataract surgery covered by insurance?

Most health insurers cover it. We offer cashless admission with most insurers; bring your policy card and ID.

Can I buy glasses with an outside prescription?

Yes. Our optical shop accepts prescriptions less than six months old, and our optometrist can recheck it free.

Do you see emergencies?

Yes. Eye injuries and sudden loss of vision are seen without a token, every day from 8 am to 6 pm.

How do I book?

Choose a service, a day and a time, and send the request. We confirm on WhatsApp, usually within the hour.

Can I reschedule?

Yes, free of charge up to 12 hours before your slot. Message us on WhatsApp.

Is my data safe?

We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
