How do you choose the farms?
We visit each farm every season with our agronomist. New farms are marked on the list until we have seen them through a full season.
Can I choose what goes in my box?
Yes. Swap up to three items each week until Tuesday 8 pm, or build your own order item by item.
Where do you deliver?
Across Coimbatore on Thursday mornings between 7 and 11 am. Free above ₹799, otherwise ₹50.
Can I pause the weekly box?
Yes. Pause or skip any week from your account by Tuesday 8 pm, with no charge.
Why does honey crystallise?
Raw honey crystallises naturally in cool weather. Stand the jar in warm water for a few minutes to soften it.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.
How do I track my order?
You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
