What is a flush?

A picking season. First flush is spring (March–April), second flush is summer (May–June), and autumn flush follows the monsoon.

How should I store tea?

In an airtight tin, away from light, heat and strong smells like spices. Never in the fridge.

Can I add milk to Darjeeling?

First flush is best plain. Second flush and Assam take milk well; our chai blend is made for it.

Do you sell to cafés and offices?

Yes. Wholesale packs of 1 kg start at ₹1,400 for Assam. Message us for the list and a tasting.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes, to most countries in 7–12 days. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

How do I pay?

UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.

How do I track my order?

You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Is my data safe?

We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
