Do you service watches bought elsewhere?
Yes. We service most mechanical and quartz watches. Bring it in for a free 15-minute look and a written estimate.
How long does a service take?
Battery and strap changes take 15 minutes. A full mechanical service takes two to three weeks, longer if parts must be made.
Are your vintage watches original?
We describe exactly what has been replaced. Dials are left original unless we say otherwise, and every vintage piece carries a 1-year warranty.
Can I engrave a watch?
Yes. Case backs and pocket watch covers can be engraved by hand in 2 days, from ₹600.
How often should an automatic be serviced?
Every five to seven years, or sooner if it gains or loses more than half a minute a day.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.
How do I track my order?
You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
