What happens after you send us a size: the dieline, the sample box, the order and delivery, in about two weeks.

If you have never ordered custom boxes before, here is how a first order with us usually goes, from your first message to the boxes arriving at your door.
Start by sending us the inner dimensions of the box you need, in length, width and height order, the weight of what goes inside, how many you need and how the boxes will travel: by courier, by truck or stacked in a warehouse. A photo of the product helps. Our sales desk, usually Nirav or Prachi, replies within a day with a suggested board, ply and flute, and a price per box.
Within 24 hours of your approval, we send a free dieline, a flat drawing of the box with cut and fold lines. If the box is printed, you place your artwork on it. Then we make a plain sample box in your size within three working days, for ₹300, adjusted against your order. Put your product inside, close it, stack a few things on top and check the fit.
Once you approve the sample, we schedule production. Plain boxes take five to seven days; printed boxes, eight to twelve, including plate making. We send photos from the line and the test readings for your batch. On delivery, boxes arrive flat, bundled and stacked on pallets. Count the bundles against the delivery note and report any damage the same day. Your die and printing plate stay on file, so repeat orders take a single message.
