What time is the cut-off for same-day delivery?

Order by 3 pm for delivery the same evening anywhere in Pune. Delivery to Hinjewadi and Wagholi may take until 9 pm.

Can I choose a delivery time?

Yes. Pick a 2-hour slot at checkout. A fixed time, such as midnight for a birthday, costs ₹350 extra.

How long do the flowers last?

Roses last 5–7 days, lilies about a week, mogra one evening, and potted orchids 6–8 weeks.

Do you do wedding flowers?

Yes, from varmala and gajra to mandap decoration. Book a free studio visit; wedding orders need a 30% advance.

What if the flowers are not right?

Tell us within 6 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will replace them the same day or the next morning.

How do I pay?

UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.

How do I track my order?

You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Is my data safe?

We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
