Why do prices change every day?
Gold is priced at that morning’s 22K rate. We update the site at 10 am; the price is fixed once you pay.
What is your making charge?
From 8% for plain chains and kadas to 18% for kundan and antique work. It is shown separately on every tag and bill.
Do you take old gold?
Yes. We test it in front of you on an XRF machine and credit it at today’s rate towards new jewellery, with no melting loss charged.
How does home try-on work?
Book a slot and two staff bring up to 6 pieces to your home in Coimbatore, with an escort. It is free, with no obligation to buy.
Can you make a custom piece?
Yes. Bring a photo or an old piece. We share a drawing in 3 days and finish most custom orders in 3–4 weeks.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.
How do I track my order?
You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
