Booking, check-in, logging in and ordering snacks: what happens between the door and your first match.

If you have never been to a gaming lounge, the first visit can feel like walking into a room where everyone already knows the rules. Here is how it works at Jugnu, step by step.
You book a station online, choose the type and the time, and pay by UPI or card. You get a message with a station number. If you walk in instead, the desk tells you what is free and takes payment there. Either way, check in at the desk with your phone number, and we start your time when you sit down, not when you arrive.
At a PC, you can log in to your own game launchers or play from our library. Headsets are on the hook beside each screen and have been cleaned since the last player. If something does not work, raise a hand or press the help button on the desk app, and someone comes over within a couple of minutes.
Snacks are ordered from a QR code on your station and brought to you. Use the tray beside your keyboard. Ten minutes before your time ends, the screen shows a reminder. You can extend from the same page if the next slot is free.
When you finish, log out of every account. We wipe each PC when a session ends, but logging out yourself is the safest habit on any shared machine. Then come back on a Tuesday morning, when it is quiet and cheaper.
