Planning a birthday party at the lounge

Ages, guest numbers, food and the bracket our hosts run: everything to decide before the day.

Our party room has eight PCs, one console booth and a long table, and we run birthday parties for children aged 8 and up most weekends. Here is what to decide when you book.

Guest numbers come first. The room is comfortable for up to 12, and with eight PCs and a four-player booth everyone plays at once. If you have more guests, we can open a second room on weekday afternoons. Children under 14 need at least one adult from the family to stay.

Then the games. Tell us the age group and we will choose games that suit them: racing, party and building games for younger children, team shooters only for older groups and only with the parents’ say. Our host runs a short bracket in the second hour, so there is a winner and a small trophy for the birthday child to hand out.

Food is the third choice. We offer pizza, fries, momos and drinks at a set price per head, or you can bring your own cake and food for a party booking. We provide plates, a cake knife and candles. Decorations are allowed if they come down with you.

The room costs ₹6,500 for two hours, and food is added per head. Book at least a week ahead for weekends in school holidays. You can move the date free up to 48 hours before.
