Can I walk in without booking?
Yes, if a station is free. On Friday and Saturday evenings we are usually full, so booking online is safer.
What is the minimum age?
Eight for PCs and consoles, ten for VR. Children under 14 need an adult on the premises.
Can I use my own game accounts?
Yes. Log in to your own launcher on our PCs and we wipe the session when you log out. Never save your password on a shared machine.
Do you serve food?
Yes. Fries, sandwiches, momos, pizza, cold coffee and soft drinks, ordered by QR from your seat. Outside food is allowed only for booked parties.
How does cancellation work?
Cancel up to 2 hours before for a full refund to your original payment. Party rooms can be moved free up to 48 hours before.
How do I book?
Choose a service, a day and a time, and send the request. We confirm on WhatsApp, usually within the hour.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, free of charge up to 12 hours before your slot. Message us on WhatsApp.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
