April to early June, school is out. Our quieter weekday hours, day passes for students and limits we set.

From April to early June, Hyderabad is hot and school is out, and our weekday afternoons fill with students. We like having them, and we plan the season so it works for parents too.
In the holidays we run a weekday day pass for ₹449: five hours at a PC or a share of a console booth between 11 am and 6 pm, Monday to Thursday. It includes one cold drink. Students under 14 need a parent to sign them in at the desk on their first visit, and children under 12 need an adult on the premises throughout.
We also set limits. Day passes cap at five hours, and the system asks for a ten-minute break every two hours: the screen pauses, and players stand up, drink water and look away from the screen. Parents can ask us to message them when their child checks in and out.
The lounge stays cool all afternoon, with water free at the counter. If you are dropping children off, Botanical Garden Road is busy at 5 pm, so pick-up at 6 is easier. We also run short holiday tournaments for under-16 teams on Wednesday afternoons, with small prizes and no entry fee.
Day passes go on sale on 1 April and are sold at the desk or online. They are not valid on public holidays, when the lounge is busy all day.
