Headcount, games for non-gamers, food and invoices: how companies use the whole floor on a weekday.

Many of our weekday evenings are booked by teams from the offices around Hitec City and Gachibowli. Planning one is easier than it sounds. Here is what we ask and what we suggest.
Start with the headcount. The whole floor holds 30 comfortably, with 40 PCs, eight console booths and four VR bays, so everyone plays at once. For smaller teams of 10 to 15, the party room and two booths are enough and cost less.
Then think about who is coming. Most teams have a few keen gamers and many people who have not held a controller in years. We plan for both: racing and party games in the booths, where anyone can win, short VR turns for people who want to try it, and one PC bracket for the competitive players. Our hosts run everything, so the organiser can play too.
Food is set at a price per head, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, and is served at a counter we set up in the lounge. We do not serve alcohol.
The floor costs ₹24,000 for three hours on Monday to Thursday evenings, plus food. We send a GST invoice in the company’s name, and accept bank transfer or card. Book two weeks ahead if you can; the weeks before Diwali and the year end go first.
