Case count, net explosive weight, burn time and safe distance, explained for shop staff.

Every Karisal carton carries a white label on two sides, and it is worth teaching your counter staff to read it before the rush.
The first line is the item and the case count, for example flower pots big, 50 boxes of 10. The second is the gross weight of the carton, which should match the lorry receipt. If a carton feels light, check it against the label before you sign for delivery.
Next comes the burn time or shot count, and the safe distance for the person lighting it. For sky shots this is printed in metres, and it is the number your customers will ask about most.
Finally, the batch number, which lets you trace a carton back to the day it was packed if anything is wrong. Keep cartons upright, off the floor on pallets and away from shutters that take the afternoon sun.
