Where do you deliver?

Same day across Kochi, including Fort Kochi, Kakkanad and Aluva, for orders before 2 pm. Elsewhere in Kerala in 2–4 days by courier.

Is delivery free?

Free above ₹999 in Kochi and above ₹1,499 across Kerala. Below that, delivery costs ₹60 in Kochi and ₹90 elsewhere.

Can I return food my pet does not like?

Unopened food can be returned within 7 days. For opened bags, ask for a sample pack next time; we keep them for most brands.

How do I choose the right harness size?

Measure around the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs, and add 5 cm. Or bring your dog in for a free fitting.

Do you stock prescription diets?

We stock common vet diets, but sell them only with a note from your vet. We can order others within 3 days.

How do I pay?

UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.

How do I track my order?

You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Is my data safe?

We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
