Who we are
Good food, sturdy gear and advice from people who own pets.
Neethu and Arun opened Vaal in 2018 after struggling to find a harness that fitted their indie, Kuttan. Today we stock about 1,400 products in our Panampilly Nagar store, and every one has been tried by our own pets or our customers’.
Food, bowls, harnesses and toys for dogs and cats, chosen for Kerala’s heat and rain, and delivered across Kochi the same day. Any day from 10 am to 9 pm. We measure, try on a few and only sell you one that fits. Pets are always welcome in the store.

What we stand for
Three things we will not change
Tried first
We test gear on our own pets and our regulars’ before we stock it, and drop what does not last.
Fresh food only
We check expiry dates on every delivery and never sell food within three months of its date.
Honest advice
If a cheaper product will do, or your pet needs a vet more than a new food, we will tell you.
Bring your dog in for a free harness fitting.
Any day from 10 am to 9 pm. We measure, try on a few and only sell you one that fits. Pets are always welcome in the store.

They fitted a harness for my 30 kg indie that he cannot back out of. First one that has worked.
Ordered food at 11 am and it reached Fort Kochi by 4. My cat did not miss a meal.
Neethu talked me out of an expensive food my puppy did not need. I have shopped here ever since.
