What a committee should decide before calling us, and what we will ask.

Each year we pack retail orders for more than a hundred temple and church committees around Kochi. The good ones start with three decisions.
First, the ground. How big is the open space, how far is the nearest roof, and where will people stand? We visit before we quote, because the right cake for a paddy field is wrong for a temple compound with tiled roofs.
Second, the timing. Is the display after the evening seeveli, or at the end of the night? A short, bright finish needs different items from a long, slow evening.
Third, the budget, written down and agreed by the committee before the order. We send an itemised estimate on WhatsApp, and the committee confirms in writing.
We supply retail crackers for the committee’s own use. Large displays and traditional explosive work need specialist crews, and we will tell you plainly when an order crosses that line.
