Do you deliver outside Ernakulam?
Within Ernakulam district our own van delivers in 2 days. Elsewhere in Kerala we send by lorry and you collect from the transport office, usually in 3–4 days.
What does transport cost?
Free within Kochi corporation above ₹2,500. Elsewhere in Ernakulam ₹150–₹300; lorry charges outside the district are paid on collection.
Can you supply a temple utsavam?
Yes, retail crackers for the committee’s own use, with a site visit first. Large displays are a different kind of job; we tell you plainly where our retail supply stops.
What if an item does not light or arrives damaged?
Send photos of the unopened, damaged box within 48 hours and we replace it. Never relight a dud; soak it in water after fifteen minutes.
How should I store crackers before Vishu?
In the closed carton, in a dry room away from the kitchen, nilavilakku and children’s reach. Use within a year; damp is the enemy in the monsoon.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.
How do I track my order?
You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
