What happens on a balcony garden visit

Our balcony garden visit costs ₹499, adjusted against your order if you go ahead. Many people book it without knowing quite what to expect, so here is how an hour usually goes.

The gardener, often Ravi or Shilpa, arrives at the time you choose, ideally between 10 am and 3 pm so the light can be seen properly. They start by looking at the space with you: which direction it faces, how many hours of direct sun it gets, whether a building or tree shades it, and how much rain comes in during the monsoon. They check the floor drainage, the railing and the walls for places to hang or fix planters.

Then come the questions. How much time can you give the plants each week? Do you travel often? Are there children or pets who might chew leaves? Do you want flowers, herbs, greenery or a place to sit? There are no wrong answers; a garden that suits your life is better than one that looks good for a month.

On the spot, they sketch a rough plan and suggest plants, pots and any fittings, with a few options at different prices. Within two days, you receive a written quote on WhatsApp with photos of the suggested plants. If you go ahead, we deliver and set up the garden in one visit, usually within a week, and leave a care card for each plant. You can also take the advice and buy in stages, or just use it to plan yourself.
