What if my plant dies?
Send us a photo within 30 days. If the plant failed for reasons other than neglect, we replace it free or refund you.
Do you deliver outside Bengaluru?
Small plants and succulents ship across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu by courier. Larger plants are delivered only within Bengaluru by our own van.
My flat gets very little light. What can I grow?
Snake plants, ZZ plants, pothos and peace lilies all do well in low light. Send us a photo and we will advise.
Do you offer balcony garden design?
Yes. A gardener visits, plans the space and gives a quote. The ₹499 visit fee is adjusted against your order.
How often should I water indoor plants?
It depends on the plant, pot and light. Most indoor plants need water only when the top 3 cm of soil is dry. Your care card gives specifics.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.
How do I track my order?
You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
