What reduced-emission means, how to spot it, and what changes when you light one.

Green crackers are made with reduced-emission formulations. They use different ingredients and smaller shells, so they give off less smoke and dust than the older formulations. Some cities and states allow only green crackers, so it is worth knowing how to spot them.
The simplest check is our price list, where every green item is marked, and the box label, which says so plainly. If a box does not say, treat it as a regular cracker.
When you light them, you will notice a few differences. Sparklers make less smoke, flower pots are slightly shorter, and sound crackers are quieter. The colours are just as bright in our experience.
In our price list, every green item is marked so you can filter for them. If you are not sure what is allowed where you live, check your city’s notice for this year before you order. We are happy to build an all-green list for any budget.
