Do you deliver outside Ahmedabad?
Yes, across Gujarat by road transport. Surat, Vadodara and Rajkot usually get door delivery; smaller towns collect from the transport office with the lorry receipt we send on WhatsApp.
How much are transport charges?
Free in Ahmedabad above ₹3,000. Elsewhere in Gujarat, transport is charged at actuals, usually ₹350–₹600 per carton, and shown on your estimate before you pay.
Do you sell green crackers?
Yes. Green crackers are reduced-emission formulations, and are marked in our price list so you can choose them easily.
What if a cracker does not light?
Do not relight it or pick it up. Wait 15 minutes, soak it in water and send us a photo. We replace genuine duds from unopened boxes on your next order.
Do you take wedding and bulk orders?
Yes. Wedding packs, society orders and corporate gift boxes from 25 units get bulk pricing. Share the date and venue and we deliver on the day.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.
How do I track my order?
You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
