Your first WhatsApp order with us: what to expect
From the first list you send to the van at your door: how ordering by WhatsApp and UPI works, step by step.
Most of our customers now order on WhatsApp rather than at the counter. If you have never done it, here is how it goes.
Send us a message with a list, even a rough one: three boxes of tubri, two of chorki, a 60-shot. Or send a budget and a description, such as ₹4,000 for a family of five, roof, two children under ten. Tell us your area too, so we can say when the van will reach you. Within an hour or two in the season, Partha or his sister Mou replies with an estimate: every item, the count in each box, the price and the total, with delivery added if the order is under ₹3,000.
When you are happy with the estimate, pay by UPI and send the screenshot. We pack the order the same day, with the sky shots on top and tubri boxed separately, and send you the delivery slot. Our own van covers Kolkata, Howrah, Salt Lake and New Town in one to two days. In the last week before Kali Pujo, slots fill fast, so order early.
On delivery, the driver waits while you count the boxes against the estimate. If anything is missing or damaged, tell him, and send us a photo of the unopened box within 24 hours. The minimum order is ₹2,500, and the estimate you approved is the final price.
