Where do you deliver?
Across Kolkata, Howrah, Salt Lake and New Town by our own van in 1–2 days. Elsewhere in West Bengal, by road transport for collection from the transport office.
What does delivery cost?
Free above ₹3,000 in Kolkata and Howrah, ₹120 below that. Outside the city, freight is usually ₹250–₹500, paid to the transporter.
Do you sell sound crackers?
We stock only green crackers that fall within West Bengal’s permitted sound limit. Bombs and garlands that exceed it are not sold.
How long do crackers keep?
About a year if kept dry, in their boxes, away from sunlight and the kitchen. Tubri in particular must stay dry.
Can I return a dud?
We cannot take back opened boxes or duds. Boxes damaged in transit are replaced if you send photos of the unopened box within 24 hours.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.
How do I track my order?
You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
