Do you deliver to my state?
We send to Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Puducherry and Andhra Pradesh by road transport. Most Tamil Nadu towns get door delivery; elsewhere you collect from the transport office with the lorry receipt.
What is the minimum order?
₹3,000. Transport is charged at actuals, usually ₹300–₹700 depending on distance, and shown on the estimate before you pay.
How much space do sky shots need?
A 12 or 30-shot needs about 15 metres of open space with clear sky. A 60-shot and above needs 25 metres or more, away from trees, wires and thatched roofs. Our show plan checks this.
How long do cakes keep?
Stored dry in their carton, away from heat and damp, they are best used within a year. Do not use any cake that has been wet or looks swollen.
What if a cake stops halfway?
Do not go near it. Wait at least 15 minutes, soak it with water from a distance, and send us a video. We replace genuine faults from our tested batches on your next order.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.
How do I track my order?
You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
