Who we are
Good paper, honest pens and paint that behaves.
The shop opened as a school-supplies counter near MI Road. Today Meera and her brother Kunal run it with four staff, and buy paper directly from three handmade-paper units in Sanganer.
Fountain pens, bottled ink, Sanganer handmade paper and artist-grade watercolour, chosen by people who write and paint every day. Three hours, eight people, all materials included. Beginners welcome. ₹1,800 a seat, with tea and a take-home palette.

What we stand for
Three things we will not change
Try before you buy
Every pen on display is inked. Write with it on our paper before you decide.
Paper with a source
Our handmade paper comes from three Sanganer units we visit, and the label says which one.
Repair, not replace
We tune nibs, replace converters and clean pens at the counter, usually while you wait.

Watercolour mornings, every second Sunday.
Three hours, eight people, all materials included. Beginners welcome. ₹1,800 a seat, with tea and a take-home palette.

Reviews
What customers say
Sample reviews, written for this demo. Real customer reviews replace them on your store.
I tried five pens at the counter before choosing. The nib was smoothed for me in ten minutes.
The cotton-rag notebook is the only paper my fountain pen does not feather on. I order three at a time.
My son’s first watercolour set came from here. The staff explained the difference between student and artist paint without pushing either.
New paper and ink, once a month.
