From the enquiry to the courier box: what happens, what we need from you and how long each stage takes.

Many customers come to us for the first time from outside Tamil Nadu, and have never worked with a printing press directly. Here is how an order goes, from first message to delivery.
Start with an enquiry. Tell us what you want to print, the size, the number of copies, the paper if you know it, and your delivery city and date. We send a quote within a working day. One quote covers paper, printing, finishing and packing, with courier listed separately. If the quantity is near the line between digital and offset, we quote both.
Once you accept, send your print-ready PDF, or a brief for our studio if you need design. We check every file free and tell you about anything that might print badly: low-resolution images, missing bleed or text too close to the trim. Within 24 hours you get a PDF proof. For colour-critical work, ask for a hard proof on the actual paper, which takes two days and costs ₹500 to ₹1,500.
After you approve the proof and pay the advance, usually 50%, the job goes to press. Digital jobs take two to three working days, offset catalogues and books seven to ten. We send photos of the finished job before packing, and the balance is due before dispatch. Courier delivery takes two to five days across India, with the docket number on WhatsApp. If anything arrives damaged, send photos within two days and we reprint the affected copies.
