Shipping and delivery policy

Chandpol Gift Pataka sends crackers only by road transport. We never send them by courier, post or air, because carrying fireworks that way is not allowed.

Dispatch

• Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp with an estimate, and packed within 2 working days of payment.
• Before Deepavali, orders close on the cut-off date announced on our home page.

Delivery

• Most orders reach you in 3 to 10 days, depending on your town and the transport service.
• Depending on where you live, the lorry delivers to your door or you collect your order from the transport office. We send you the lorry receipt (LR) on WhatsApp so you can track it and collect it.
• Transport charges depend on your town and are confirmed with your order.
• We deliver only to places where local rules allow crackers to be sold and used, and only to adults.

When it arrives

Please check the boxes when you collect them. If a box is damaged in transit, keep it unopened, take photos and contact us within 2 days (see our returns policy).
