Do you deliver outside Jaipur?
Yes, across Rajasthan by road transport. In Jaipur we deliver to your door; in other towns you collect from the transport office with the lorry receipt we send on WhatsApp.
What does transport cost?
Door delivery in Jaipur is free above ₹5,000 and ₹150 below. Elsewhere in Rajasthan it is usually ₹300–₹600, paid to the transporter on collection.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, ₹2,500 per order. Office orders start from 25 gift boxes, with a printed card for each.
Are these green crackers?
Yes. Everything we stock is a green formulation, with the count and burn time printed on each box.
What if something arrives damaged?
Send photos of the damaged box, unopened, within 24 hours of delivery and we replace it. We cannot take back opened boxes or duds.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.
How do I track my order?
You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
