Dr Shalini spent twenty minutes explaining my dog’s blood report, line by line. No other clinic has done that.
My cat hates vets, but the cat room is quiet and she came out of her carrier on her own.
The puppy course was clear and well organised. The reminders meant we never missed a booster.
