What we ask, what you should have ready, and what happens after the call.

The first call is free and takes about twenty minutes. It is the most useful twenty minutes in planning a party, and it goes faster if you have a few answers ready.
We will ask four things first: the date, the child’s age, roughly how many children and adults, and where the party will be. If you are not sure of the venue yet, that is fine; we can suggest society halls, terraces and small banquet rooms in your part of Nagpur.
Then we ask about your child. What do they love at the moment, how do they feel about loud noise and crowds, and is there anything they are scared of? Some children hate balloons popping. Some will not go near a costumed character. Knowing this early saves tears on the day.
Next is the budget. Give us a number and we will plan to it honestly, with what it does and does not include. Within a day we send a written plan on WhatsApp with the package, theme, add-ons and the total.
If you like it, a ₹3,000 advance holds the date. A week before, we confirm guest numbers and timing and you pay the rest. Two days before, we call about parking, lifts and the forecast. On the day, your planner arrives three hours early, and you will have nothing to carry.
