How far ahead should we book?
Four to six weeks for a weekend, two weeks for a weekday. In November and December, weekend dates go two months ahead.
Do you arrange food?
We do not cook, but we can suggest three caterers we work with often, and we set up the food table if you want.
Can we bring our own cake?
Yes. We will set it on the cake table and match the décor around it.
What if it rains on an outdoor party?
We confirm the forecast two days before. If rain is likely we move the set-up indoors or under a shamiana at no extra charge.
Do you use plastic decorations?
We use latex balloons, paper and cloth wherever we can, and reuse every backdrop. Confetti is paper only.
How do I book?
Choose a service, a day and a time, and send the request. We confirm on WhatsApp, usually within the hour.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, free of charge up to 12 hours before your slot. Message us on WhatsApp.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
