Is every piece handmade?
Yes. Nothing is factory made. Small differences in colour, size and finish are part of each piece.
How do you pack fragile items?
Terracotta and brass are wrapped in cotton waste and cloth, boxed twice and insured. If anything arrives broken, we replace it free.
How do I clean brass?
Rub with tamarind pulp or lemon and salt, rinse, and dry with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners.
Do you do return-gift hampers?
Yes, from ₹450 a guest, for 30 guests or more. Allow 2 weeks; we send three hamper ideas to choose from.
Can I visit the artisans?
We run small trips to Nachiarkoil and Manamadurai twice a year. Join our list to hear when the next one is planned.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery on eligible orders.
How do I track my order?
You get a WhatsApp message with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Is my data safe?
We use your details only for your order or booking, never sell them, and delete them on request.
