Fine-line script
A name, a date or a line of text in fine single-needle lettering, up to 8 cm long. Your artist draws two or three lettering options first, sized to the spot on your skin. About an hour in the chair. Wrist, collarbone and the side of the ribs are the usual places.

Fine-line botanical
A sprig, a stem of flowers or a single leaf in fine line, with soft grey shading, about the size of your palm. Around two hours. We draw it from your references, and keep the lines a little apart so they still read clearly in ten years.
