What a six-person team needs in its first month, and what it can skip.

For a small team, a cabin in a coworking space removes most of the work of setting up an office. Furniture, internet, power backup, cleaning and reception are already in place, and you sign a short agreement instead of a lease.
In the first week, sort out access cards, Wi-Fi logins and a shared storage cabinet. Ask for a separate network for your team if you handle client data; we set this up free for cabin members.
Plan for meetings. A six-person team usually needs a meeting room two or three times a week. Your monthly credit covers most of that; book recurring slots for your stand-ups or weekly reviews.
Skip buying furniture, printers and coffee machines. Spend instead on good chairs if your team has specific needs, and on monitors. If the team grows, moving to a larger cabin within the same building takes a day, with no new deposit beyond the difference.
