Your free first day at Kothari Commons

Every new member gets a free day pass, with no card needed, so you can work a full day here before deciding anything. Here is how that day usually goes.

Book online and pick a date. When you arrive at the second floor of Plot 214, Saheed Nagar, the front desk checks your name and photo ID, hands you a temporary access card and gives you the Wi-Fi details on a small card. Arrive any time after 8 am. If you come by car, mention it at booking; two-wheeler parking is free, but car spaces are limited.

Our community manager, Priyanka, will offer a ten-minute tour: the shared hall on both floors, the phone booths, the meeting rooms, the kitchen and coffee counter, the lockers and the printer. She will also explain the two house rules that matter most: calls go in the booths or meeting rooms, and the hall stays quiet. Then choose any open seat in the shared hall. Window seats on the second floor fill first, so come before ten if you want one.

Use the day properly. Take a video call from a booth, test the Wi-Fi with a large upload, and try the filter coffee, which is free all day. Lunch is not included, but Priyanka can tell you which nearby kitchens deliver to the front desk. Before you leave, ask her for a price sheet. There is no follow-up pressure; some people join the next week and some come back six months later. Your day pass also gets you into the members’ evening if one falls in that month.
